On this specific Media wall installation Charlotte and Rob desired a warm and cosy appearance while also creating additional storage space.
We provided them with professional realistic drawings. After making several adjustments, we ensured the design met their specifications before commencing construction.
We constructed the media wall using 4 by 2 timber to frame the necessary elements. Our in house electrician then installed the lighting and sockets. The wall features spotlights in each alcove and two sockets behind the television for the Skybox, sound bar and television, leaving one spare. Each unit also has a double socket for Rob’s PlayStation 5, which is to be concealed along with the HDMI cable.
We supplied and installed an 80-inch electric fireplace made by British Fireplaces. The wall was then clad in 12mm plasterboard, which was professionally plastered.
Following this, bespoke MDF units were created and taken to our workshop for spraying. Finally, the wall was painted in Farrow & Ball Comfort White. The television was then installed and connected to its electrical components, leaving the media wall ready for use.
